World Petroleum Congress - the most important event of the year in oil and gas industry, conducted by the Permanent Council of the World Petroleum Congress (WPCPC). World Petroleum Congress (WPC - World Petroleum Congress) was founded in 1993 in London. Main objective of the forum - to provide opportunity for experts, analysts and oil industry professionals to meet face to face and discuss innovative achievements apolitical, technology and the use of the world's petroleum resources for the service to humanity. WPC members are 57 countries (including Russia), representing more than 90% of the oil and gas producing states.
